K&C Window Cleaning was founded on a commitment to quality service and putting the customer first. Founders Kevin and Cienna started K&C Window Cleaning in 2020 after leaving their previous jobs.​ Cienna and Kevin met as teenagers while working together at In-N-Out Burger in American Fork, Utah. They worked alongside each other for many years, became close friends, and eventually married. Soon after their wedding, they packed up and moved to Houston, Texas.

They took what they had learned during their years at In-N-Out, a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, excellence, and consistency and applied those values to the window-cleaning industry.
